You have a website.
Nobody finds it.
It looks fine. It loads. But Google has moved past the way it was built, your competitors rank above you, and ChatGPT doesn’t mention you when locals ask. Search has changed. Your site needs to too.
We build websites that get found and convert, built for the way Google, AI tools, and real customers actually work in 2026.
Four things every site needs
in 2026.
Most agencies still build websites the way they did in 2019: pretty front-end, generic CMS, no AI search readiness, no conversion infrastructure. We build them for how the internet actually works now.
Sites that Google indexes cleanly and that ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can actually read and quote when locals ask for your service.
- ·Schema.org structured data for every page
- ·Entity-based content (place, service, person, product)
- ·AI-readable headings and content hierarchy
- ·Crawl-clean architecture. No JavaScript-only pages
Visitors arrive. The site does its job. AI lead qualification, automated booking, and a fast path from interest to booked call.
- ·AI form qualifier that filters real leads from tire-kickers
- ·Calendar booking integrated, not bolted-on
- ·Conversion tracking ready for Google Ads, Meta, GA4 import
- ·A/B testing framework for landing pages
Modern stack. Page speed in the green. Mobile-first. CMS your team can actually use without breaking the site.
- ·Next.js or equivalent, server-rendered for SEO and AI search
- ·Lighthouse 90+ across mobile and desktop
- ·Editor your team can use without calling us
- ·Hosted where you choose; we don’t lock you in
When the project ships, the site, the code, the analytics, the domain are all yours. We’re a partner, not a landlord.
- ·Source code in your GitHub or repo of choice
- ·Analytics, ad accounts, and tracking under your ownership
- ·No proprietary CMS lock-in or recurring license fees
- ·Documentation written for the next developer, not for us
Audit. Understand. Plan. Execute.
The same four steps on every web build. No surprises, no scope creep, no “we’ll figure it out” moments mid-project.
We audit what's actually there.
what we do
Current site speed, search visibility, AI-search exposure, conversion paths, structured data, mobile experience, what your competitors are doing.
what you get
A written audit (12 to 20 pages), a 15-minute Loom walkthrough, and a prioritized list of fixes, including quick wins you can ship without us.
timeline
7 business days
We understand how you actually run.
what we do
Who books leads. Who closes them. Where the friction is. What content lives in your head versus on the site. What integrations actually matter.
what you get
A short site map (2 to 4 pages) showing the structure, the content responsibilities, and the integrations the new site will need.
timeline
Week 2
We plan the smallest version that works.
what we do
Define pages, design direction, integrations, content responsibilities, and a fixed price. We tell you what we’ll do and what you’ll need to provide.
what you get
A signed plan with site map, design direction, milestones, and a budget you can defend.
timeline
Week 3
We execute, in public.
what we do
Design, build, integrate, deploy. Weekly preview links. Your team trained on the editor. Code, hosting, and accounts transferred to you on day one.
what you get
A working website on the modern stack, with conversion tracking live, AI-search-ready, and your team able to run it without us.
timeline
4 to 10 weeks, scope-dependent
When a rebuild makes sense.
Not every business needs a new site. Sometimes the right answer is a few targeted fixes. The audit will tell you which one you need.
- ✓Established business with a site that’s 3+ years old or built on an outdated platform.
- ✓Want to be findable in Google AND in AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
- ✓Need real conversion infrastructure (booking, qualification, tracking), not just a brochure.
- ✓Want to own the code, the hosting, and the analytics from day one.
- ·Looking for a $500 template site. There are great DIY options for that.
- ·Want a site built on a proprietary CMS that locks you in.
- ·Need it shipped in 7 days. Quality web work takes 4 to 10 weeks.
- ·Expecting a designer-only build with no real engineering or AI integration underneath.
Most AI Labs is led by a founder with 30+ years in enterprise technology, including early web development. We’ve seen four generations of how the web works, and we build sites for the next one, not the last one.
Every site we ship is anchored in how customers actually find and choose your business in 2026 (Google, AI search, mobile, voice), not in design awards.
Questions buyers ask before signing
The questions we get on every audit call. If yours isn't here, ask it on the contact page. We answer everything before any work starts.
How long does it take to build a new website?
A typical Most AI Labs build runs four to eight weeks from signed plan to launch. Six weeks is the median. Brochure sites with fewer than 10 pages land closer to four weeks. Sites with multi-location SEO, custom AI integrations, or large content migrations run closer to eight. The 7-day audit gives you a hard timeline before any work starts.
Do I own the website source code and infrastructure?
Yes. Source code, hosting accounts, DNS, analytics, content, ad pixels, and admin access all transfer to you on day one. The site runs on standard tooling (Next.js, Netlify or Vercel, Cloudflare), not a proprietary platform. If you stopped working with Most AI Labs tomorrow, the site would keep running on your own accounts.
Will my new website be optimized for AI search engines?
Yes. Every site we build ships with what 2026 research identifies as the strongest AI-search signals: server-rendered HTML (AI crawlers do not execute JavaScript), structured data (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Article, Review), llms.txt and llms-full.txt for AI ingestion, an explicit AI-bot allowlist in robots.txt, and content patterns AI engines prefer (direct-answer paragraphs, named-author bylines, statistics with citations).
What does ongoing maintenance cost after launch?
Nothing required from us. The site runs on platforms with free tiers (Netlify, Cloudflare) sufficient for most small businesses. Domain registration is the one annual cost (~$15 to $30). Content updates and feature additions are quoted at fixed price per scope, with no retainer and no monthly fee.
Will the site work without JavaScript and load fast on mobile?
Yes on both. Critical content is server-rendered into the HTML, readable by search engines, AI bots, and visitors with slow connections before any JavaScript runs. Images are served as AVIF or WebP at responsive sizes. Typical Most AI Labs sites land in the 90+ Lighthouse Performance band on mobile, with LCP under 2 seconds on a mid-range Android device.
Find out if your site
is leaking customers.
The 7-day audit shows you exactly where your site is failing, and whether a rebuild or targeted fixes will do the job. Yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.
