Request deletion of your data

What data we may hold

• ·Contact form submissions — name, email, phone (optional), and the message you sent through our contact page.
• ·Facebook Page interactions — if you have liked, commented on, messaged, or otherwise interacted with the Most AI Labs Facebook Page, Meta may share basic engagement metadata with us through their Pages API. We do not collect personal profile data beyond what Meta exposes for Page management.
• ·Client engagement records — if you have hired Most AI Labs for a project, we retain contracts, scope documents, deliverables, and correspondence as required by accounting and tax law (typically 7 years in British Columbia).
• ·Analytics — Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized site usage data. We do not link this to your identity.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include:

• ·Your full name
• ·The email address you used when contacting us (or your Facebook Page handle if the data was collected through our Facebook integration)
• ·A brief note describing what data you want deleted (everything, or a specific item)

We will respond within 5 business days confirming receipt, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days of the request. Some records (contracts, invoices, tax-related correspondence) may be retained for the period required by Canadian law even after a deletion request. We will tell you specifically what is being retained and why.

Facebook-specific deletion

If your only interaction with Most AI Labs has been through Facebook (liking the Page, commenting on a post, sending a Page message), the fastest path is to use Facebook’s own tools:

• ·To remove your comment or like: do it directly on the post on the Most AI Labs Page.
• ·To revoke the Most AI Labs app’s access to your data: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find “Most AI Labs Internal Tools” → Remove.
• ·To delete data Meta itself holds about you: that goes through Meta’s own data tools, not us. Visit Facebook’s deletion request form.

For data Most AI Labs specifically holds after Facebook engagement (for example, if we exported a lead list from a campaign), email us using the process above.
