A new company. An established contractor with an ageing site. A strong team ready for more of the right work.

01 · Build

A new HVAC company. A proper digital foundation.

Starting with a phone number, a Business Profile and a social page? MOST builds your custom website, service-area structure, search foundation and quote flow together, with a CMS and measurement behind them.

Web Development & Redevelopment

HVAC website design and redevelopment in Vancouver.

Make the next step obvious.

A cold house needs a clear call button. A planned installation needs answers before a quote. MOST builds custom websites and CMS tools around both, with proper service pages and a mobile experience that works.

MOST can: build from zero or redevelop what exists, including service-area structure, quote forms, call tracking and system connections.

Custom website and CMS concept. Not a client case study.

  2. 02Do you serve my area?
  3. 03Can I trust your team?
  4. 04Can I call or get a quote?
What MOST can build or redevelop
  • Custom design, development, replatforming and a contractor-owned CMS.
  • Furnace repair, heat pumps, AC, emergency service, maintenance and indoor-air-quality pages for work you actually offer.
  • Genuine service-area pages, company and team credibility, approved project evidence, reviews and FAQs.
  • Accessible mobile layouts, click-to-call, quote forms, call attribution and CRM or dispatch connections.
  • Financing, permit and rebate content with sources, an update owner and review dates.
  • Technical SEO, structured data, redirects, speed, analytics and post-launch validation.

Redevelopment starts with an audit of existing URLs and content. Valuable pages are preserved or carefully redirected, not discarded because the design is changing.

Two different buying journeys

A furnace failure and a heat-pump installation do not start the same way.

The right website, channel and response depend on the job. MOST builds the path around the customer’s situation.

Two illustrative HVAC journeys: a late-night furnace repair call routed to dispatch, and a planned heat-pump project moving through research and a quote.
Illustrative repair and installation scenarios. No response time or job outcome is promised.

A clear path from urgent enquiry to your team.

Planned installation

  1. Search
  2. Research
  3. Compare
  4. Permit / rebate info
  5. Quote
  6. Follow-up
  7. Install

MOST builds useful service content, a considered quote experience and follow-up that keeps the project moving.

Help a homeowner feel ready to request a quote.

Heat pumps · Buying questions

Answer the questions that delay the quote.

Permits. Rebates. Home suitability. Installation steps. MOST builds useful service content and gives your team a way to keep it current.

  • Do I need a permit?
  • Are rebates available?
  • What affects the cost?
  • What happens before the final quote?

A better-informed homeowner. A more useful enquiry.

Illustrative heat-pump buying guide with permit, rebate, installation and quote information beside a contemporary home model.
Content-design concept. Not permit, rebate or financing advice.

Customers are already comparing price. Help them understand the quote.

You do not have to publish a fixed price for every job. Explain what affects the work, whether an estimate is available and how your quote process works. Include verified service-call charges, starting prices or financing terms only when they fit the offer.

Keeping permit, rebate and price information useful

The research surfaced the City of Vancouver in heat-pump searches and customer quote discussions elsewhere. That is a content opportunity, not permission to copy competitor prices or promise eligibility.

MOST can structure source links, review dates and approved updates in your CMS. Your team remains responsible for checking the project, municipality, programme and current terms. Start with City of Vancouver heat-pump information and Better Homes BC. We do not hardcode changing rebate amounts or make a homeowner’s eligibility decision.

03

Paid Growth

Paid marketing and Google Ads for HVAC companies.

Capture urgent demand. Build interest in planned work.

A furnace-repair search and a future heat-pump project need different campaigns. MOST connects each to the right service page, call or quote path, then follows the enquiry towards a job.

A new crew has capacity. Promote the services and territories it can actually cover.
Illustrative Google HVAC ad connected to an urgent repair call and a heat-pump quote page, with job tracking underneath.
Illustrative sponsored placement. Not a live campaign or performance result.

Google Search Ads

Reach people actively looking for furnace repair, emergency service, AC or an installer. Match location, hours and landing pages to what your team can deliver.

Meta / Instagram

Use selectively for planned upgrades, seasonal awareness and maintenance. Follow up on interest rather than assuming every viewer needs a technician now.

Channel scope, remarketing and ChatGPT Ads

Remarketing, financing and rebate promotions need suitable permissions, accurate terms and platform-policy review. Media spend is separate from MOST’s setup and management. Call tracking and job reporting depend on the tools and consent requirements involved.

Checked 14 September 2026: OpenAI lists Canadian Ads Manager access, and local services are among its supported consumer categories. This is not approval of a particular HVAC campaign. MOST can assess suitable ChatGPT Ads after advertiser, creative and destination review. Organic AI visibility is separate; payment does not buy an AI recommendation. Explore MOST’s ChatGPT Ads service.

04

AI Implementation

AI implementation and missed-call handling for HVAC companies.

Your next job can call while your team is already on one.

MOST builds AI reception and follow-up around approved company information. Capture the request, check the service area and route it to the right person or callback workflow without asking a technician to stop work.

Illustrative late-night HVAC request moving from call, message or form to approved AI intake, human escalation and a dispatch handoff.
Illustrative after-hours workflow. Not a safety assessment or an emergency-response promise.

11:42 PM · Illustrative enquiry

“My furnace stopped working and I have two children at home.”
Understand the request. Keep a person accountable.

Collect location, issue type, reported urgency and contact details. Apply your company’s rules, arrange a callback or hand over to the right person.

Other useful workflows and the boundaries around them
  • Missed-call acknowledgement and after-hours intake.
  • Quote follow-up, staff tasks and customer updates.
  • Appropriate review requests and maintenance reminders.
  • Approved internal knowledge, staff support and reporting.

Define consent, data access, retention, permitted actions and human handoff before connecting customer information. Confirm real service hours and capacity; an automated reply is not confirmation that someone is on the way.

Read the evidence and limitations in AI for trades and home services.

05

Business Systems & Integrations

HVAC CRM, dispatch systems and custom business software.

An opportunity is not a job. Connect what happens next.

Most HVAC companies already have pieces of the system. We make them work together, from the website and first call to the quote, dispatch, completed work and follow-up.

Find, Call, Quote, Dispatch, Job, Review: an illustrative connected HVAC journey, supported by attribution and six business-engine capabilities.
Illustrative operating system. No customer data, results or platform partnership implied.

  2. CallCall or form, captured with a clear next action.
  3. QuoteA qualified request and accountable follow-up.
  4. DispatchThe right job information reaches your team.
  5. JobWork completed and recorded in your system.
  6. ReviewAppropriate feedback and maintenance follow-up.

Attribution & measurement

Know which activity creates completed jobs.

Source → enquiry → quote → booked job → completed job → revenue, where systems permit.

Content

Custom CMS for services, service areas, team, FAQs, financing information and maintained permit/rebate resources.

CRM

Capture a lead, assign an owner, record quote status and make the next follow-up visible.

Dispatch

Connect approved job details to field-service tools, subject to platform access and the contractor’s operating rules.

Automation

AI reception, callback tasks, quote follow-up, review requests and maintenance reminders, with human escalation.

Measurement

Connect source, enquiry, quote, booked job and completed job. Account for consent, call-tracking setup and data quality.

Business outcome

Relate completed work, invoices, revenue and repeat service to the activity that created it, where systems permit.

Designed around tools such as

  • Jobber
  • Housecall Pro
  • ServiceTitan
  • Call tracking
  • Custom CMS

Integration depth depends on the platform, account plan, available interfaces and scope. Native connectors and partnerships are not assumed.

MOST can build the whole system, or fix only the part holding growth back.

Local business. Connected capability.

You are not only competing with the company across town.

Our Vancouver search sample included national retailers and large home-service brands alongside independent contractors. Customers compare the experience in front of them.

MOST brings custom websites, service SEO, Maps, paid search, AI response and CRM/dispatch connections around your team. You can stay independent without leaving the digital side disconnected.

Before we scope the work

HVAC marketing FAQs.

01How do I get more HVAC leads in Vancouver?

Start with the jobs, service areas and capacity you want to grow. MOST checks whether customers can find the right service, understand the offer and reach someone who can act. The first improvement may be HVAC SEO, a website rebuild, Google Ads or missed-call handling. We connect enquiries to quotes and jobs where your systems allow, rather than treating every click as a lead.

02How much does HVAC marketing cost?

Typical MOST project investments include a focused custom website at $5,500–$8,500 CAD, a search foundation at $3,500–$6,000 CAD, a single-channel paid-growth launch at $3,500–$5,500 CAD and an AI pilot at $4,000–$8,000 CAD. Optional ongoing search is $1,800–$4,500 CAD / month. These are separate CAD ranges, not an HVAC bundle. Media spend, software and AI usage are separate where applicable. Scope determines the proposal.

03How does an HVAC company rank in Google Maps?

Local results depend mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. MOST improves eligible Business Profiles, accurate services, useful service pages and local evidence, then checks visibility from real customer locations. Reviews are part of that picture, not a guaranteed ranking formula. Selecting more service areas does not guarantee visibility across them, and no one can buy a better organic Maps position.

04Can a service-area HVAC business rank without showing its address?

Yes. A contractor that visits customers and does not receive them at its address should use an eligible service-area Business Profile and hide the public address. Eligibility still depends on a genuine operating business. Virtual offices or extra profiles for places without an eligible operation are not a shortcut. MOST checks the actual business model before recommending profile changes.

05Do I need separate pages for furnace repair, heat pumps and AC?

Usually, if they are distinct services your company genuinely provides. An urgent furnace-repair caller needs a different page from someone comparing heat-pump installation options. MOST structures pages around those questions, your credentials and a useful call or quote path. We do not create pages for services you cannot deliver.

06Should I build a page for every city I serve?

Only when a page has real value beyond changing the city name. Service coverage, local project evidence, relevant conditions and the work you actually provide should justify it. MOST maps services and territories first. Thin duplicated city pages and made-up locations are not a service-area SEO strategy.

07Can MOST redesign my HVAC website without losing SEO?

We audit current content and search value, preserve useful URLs, plan redirects where URLs must change, and validate the rebuilt site before and after launch. A stronger mobile, content and quote experience should not require blindly discarding what works. No migration can guarantee unchanged rankings.

08Should an HVAC website show prices?

Not every job suits a fixed public price. A page can explain what affects the quote, the estimate process, diagnostic or service-call charges, and verified financing or rebate information. Publish ranges or starting prices only when the contractor can support them and explain the conditions. Clear expectations can help customers decide whether to enquire.

09Can MOST work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

We can assess how your website and workflows should work with the tools you already use. The exact connection depends on the platform, account plan, available APIs, permissions and agreed scope. MOST does not assume a native connector or partnership. We verify access before promising automation or replacing an existing system.

10Can AI answer missed HVAC calls after hours?

Within a defined scope, AI can acknowledge a request, collect contact and service-area details, answer approved business FAQs and arrange a callback or staff handoff. Your company sets availability and escalation rules. The workflow must not promise an available technician when none is confirmed, or present itself as an emergency service.

11Can AI qualify an emergency HVAC enquiry?

It can collect the customer’s reported issue, location and urgency and route the enquiry under approved company rules. It must not diagnose faults, determine that equipment is safe or improvise repair instructions. Potential safety concerns and uncertainty require a predefined human or emergency escalation path. Automation supports your team; it does not replace qualified judgement.

12Should HVAC companies advertise on Google or social media?

Google Search can reach people actively looking for repairs or an installer. Meta and Instagram may suit planned upgrades, maintenance or seasonal awareness, with remarketing only where appropriate and permitted. MOST matches the channel, destination and follow-up to the job and capacity you want to grow. Social reach is not a substitute for answering an urgent call.

13Can HVAC companies advertise on ChatGPT in Canada?

Checked 14 September 2026: OpenAI lists Canadian self-service Ads Manager access, and local services are among its supported consumer categories. That is not approval of a particular HVAC advertiser, creative or landing page. MOST can assess a suitable campaign after eligibility review. Paid placements are separate from organic AI recommendations; buying an ad does not buy an answer or a recommendation.

14Do I need every MOST service?

No. MOST can build from zero, rebuild an existing website, improve one search gap, run a focused campaign or connect one operational workflow. The audit identifies what should come first. You can solve one problem or connect the full system as the business needs it.
