01How should a plumbing website build trust?+
Use facts the business can substantiate: who the company is, the work it offers, credentials a customer can verify, genuine reviews and clear visit or estimate terms. MOST puts this information near the call path and makes it maintainable. Decorative badges and invented guarantees do not prove trust.
02What does plumbing marketing cost?+
MOST Launch is $2,495 once and MOST Grow is $495 a month. A custom website beyond Launch is $5,500 to $18,000; a search project is $3,500 to $10,000; paid campaign setup is $3,500 to $10,000; an AI pilot is $4,000 to $8,000; and one systems module is $5,000 to $12,000. These are CAD, plus tax. We agree the plumbing pages, trust content and office connections in writing before work starts. Google Ads management is quoted after the audit. Advertising spend, software and AI usage are separate.
03Does plumbing search change across Vancouver neighbourhoods?+
In our 13 September 2026 location sample, all nine Vancouver-proper slots were distinct. Downtown, Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant shared no listing. That finding supports checking real customer locations; it does not prove that every query or every day will produce the same pattern.
04Do we need more reviews than the largest plumbing company?+
No review total guarantees a result. The sample contained a 12,644-review Burnaby listing and a two-review Richmond listing. They were different locations, not a controlled comparison. We assess the whole local presence and a genuine review process rather than selling a target count.
05Should we create a Business Profile for every suburb?+
Not without an eligible real operation. The observed multi-suburb plumber used distinct location pages, but a webpage or rented virtual address does not establish profile eligibility. MOST checks the business model and useful local evidence before recommending any additional profile.
06Can you rebuild the site without losing useful service pages?+
The existing repair, drain and replacement content is audited first. We preserve valuable URLs where possible, plan necessary redirects and test the rebuilt call and form paths. Rankings can change during a migration, so no unchanged-position promise is made.
07Should plumbing customers see a price before they call?+
Publish only visit fees, estimate terms or ranges your business can support, with their conditions. If a job needs inspection, explain that process clearly. MOST helps you maintain the explanation; we do not invent a plumbing quote or copy another company's figures.
08Do you offer an exclusive plumbing territory?+
Raise that question before agreeing the work. Area exclusivity appears in the trades agency market, but no MOST exclusivity policy is promised here. Any proposed conflict handling or territory terms must be discussed and written down.
09How are Google Ads management and media billed?+
Google Ads management is quoted after the audit. Advertising spend is separate and paid to the platform. A plumbing campaign needs appropriate service pages, confirmed coverage and a working response process before a low click cost means much.
10Can plumbing companies use ChatGPT Ads in Canada?+
Checked 29 September 2026: OpenAI lists Canadian Ads Manager access and local services among supported ad categories. Each advertiser, creative and destination needs eligibility review. This is not approval of a plumbing campaign or a way to buy organic AI recommendations.
11Can AI handle an urgent plumbing request?+
It can collect the customer's reported issue, location and contact details, then arrange an approved staff handoff. It must not diagnose the problem, issue repair advice, declare safety or claim emergency-service status. Availability and escalation remain the company's responsibility.
12Have you worked with a plumbing company?+
Not as a published case yet. Five Eight Twelve is related home-exterior work, shown as exactly that. Its approved project shows the website and business-building work MOST does, not plumbing lead results.
