Audits are founder-led. We don’t outsource them. That means we can only run a few per quarter — usually 4 to 6. If we’re booked out, we’ll tell you directly and offer to schedule for the next quarter. No waitlist tricks, no urgency manufactured for sales.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

It really is free. The catch — if you want to call it that — is that we use the audit to decide if the engagement is worth taking. Sometimes we walk away after the audit because the fit isn't right. You still keep the document. We've also intentionally bounded the audit (7 days, single deliverable) so we can run a few per quarter without burning out the founder. If we don't have capacity in the current quarter, we'll tell you and offer to schedule for the next one.

What does the audit actually cover?

Five areas: Google Maps and Local Pack visibility, organic search rankings, AI-search exposure (we test you in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews directly), paid-ad efficiency (if you're running ads), and conversion paths on your website. You get a written document and a 15-minute Loom walkthrough from the founder.

How long does it take?

Seven business days from the kickoff call. Usually faster if your business is straightforward. You get the document and Loom video together, and a 30-minute call after to walk through it. No pressure to hire us at the end — most owners use the audit to fix things internally first.

Pre-revenue startups looking for free strategy. Businesses with under $5K total annual marketing spend — the audit's recommendations won't fit your budget. Businesses outside Metro Vancouver (we focus on what we know, and local SEO knowledge is geographic). Anyone hoping the audit will say their existing agency is doing fine — we say what we find.

Will the audit help even if I never hire you?

Yes. That's the design. Past audit recipients have used the document to (a) hand to an internal marketing person as a quarter's worth of prioritized work, (b) brief another agency more effectively, (c) cancel monthly tools they were paying for that weren't producing, and (d) re-evaluate their existing agency.
