CarGet Auto Group: dealership website & operations platform case study
A dealership website became an operating platform.
A rebuilt customer-facing website wired to a custom operations platform: inventory-driven content, lead follow-up and the sales workflow in one owned system.

The challenge
CarGet Auto Group is a used car dealership on King George Boulevard in Surrey. Its website ran on WordPress, and it was losing ground in search while the back end made daily work slow.
Posting one vehicle took about 20 minutes, by the dealership's own estimate. The year, make and model were typed by hand. The same car was then written again for Facebook Marketplace, again for Craigslist and again for CarGurus.
Enquiries and test-drive requests arrived in an inbox. Nobody could say how many leads came in this week, from where, or for which car.
What we built
Inventory starts from the VIN
Staff type the VIN and the year, make, model and body come back from the NHTSA database.
One record, every channel
The description, the “why buy” points and separate Facebook and Craigslist versions are drafted from that one vehicle record.
Google gets the inventory automatically
A vehicle feed carries every car to Google Vehicle Ads with no per-car work.
Leads, test drives and trade-ins in one table
Each arrives with the vehicle and the source attached.
One analytics screen
Leads and activity in a single view, plus sales records.
Live Google reviews on the site
Pulled from Google, so the rating is never stale.
Built for local search
City landing pages, dealership structured data, and a fast server-rendered site.
Where AI does the work, and where a person does
AI drafts. A person decides. Every description and every channel version is edited by staff in the same screen before anything is published.
Posting to Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and CarGurus is still done by a person. The platform writes the right wording for each site, copies it and opens the posting page. The car is written once and pasted three times, not written four times.
How it runs now
Google Ads, Facebook, Craigslist and CarGurus are parts of one routine instead of four separate chores. When the owner wants to know what the week looked like, the answer is on one screen.
In the client’s words
“Before working with MOST AI Labs, our website was old, outdated, and no longer represented the direction of our business. It was not built for today's digital market, and we were not getting full value from SEO, local search, or modern AI-driven visibility.
MOST AI Labs rebuilt our website from the ground up — fresh design, stronger structure, much better customer experience — fully optimized for SEO, Local Pack ranking, and visibility across AI chat platforms. The new site is not a brochure. It is an AI-driven marketing and sales system that helps generate leads, support follow-ups, and connect our digital presence with our sales process.
The results have been very strong. Our website performance increased by more than 300%, our Local Pack rankings improved, our SEO visibility became much stronger, and our AI visibility went from almost zero to a major improvement in a short period of time. I would recommend MOST AI Labs to any automotive business that wants a stronger website, better rankings, more leads, and a modern digital strategy built for the future.”
