MOST CMS Data Deletion Instructions

1 Request deletion

You can request deletion of personal information held by MOST CMS without needing an active CMS login. Email info@mostailabs.com with the subject “MOST CMS data deletion request”. This route is available to authorised users, client businesses and other individuals whose personal information we hold.

2 What to include

Provide your name and a reply email address, the relevant business or website, and a description of the information you want deleted. If the request concerns Facebook or Instagram, include the relevant Page name, account handle or asset identifier if known. Explain whether you want to disconnect an integration, delete information relating to you, or close the client’s service. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information or identity documents with the initial request.

3 Verification and scope

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority and locate the records. We will not require access to your social-account password. An individual can request deletion of their own information without authority to close the business account. Requests involving information managed on behalf of a client may require coordination with that client. We will explain any additional information needed and any limits on the request.

4 Disconnecting a platform

An authorised business user can revoke MOST CMS access using the connected platform’s account or business-integration settings where available, or ask MOST to arrange disconnection. This stops authorised access once revocation takes effect, but does not by itself confirm deletion of records already held by MOST CMS. To request removal of those records as well, email us using the steps above. Disconnection can interrupt scheduled posts, reporting and synchronisation.

5 What we remove and what may remain

We assess the request against the information we hold and applicable legal and platform requirements. Depending on the request, deletion may include connection credentials, account information, publishing records, performance data or enquiry records. We may anonymise information where appropriate so it no longer identifies a person.

Limited information may need to remain for a lawful obligation, a dispute or the record of handling the request. We will explain any applicable exception and restrict its use. Backup copies may remain until replaced under the applicable backup cycle. Deleted information must not be returned to ordinary use merely because a backup is restored.

6 Published content and third party accounts

Deleting information from MOST CMS does not automatically delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, Google or a client’s website, close those external accounts, or remove records independently held by those platforms or the client. Tell us if your request also concerns published content so we can explain what we can remove and who else you may need to contact.

7 Timing and confirmation

We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension. After verifying the request, we will describe the action to be taken, expected completion timing and any retention exceptions. 9 Bite of Balkan and platform requests

MOST AI Labs handles these requests as the provider managing MOST CMS on behalf of Bite of Balkan. For restaurant-managed information, we coordinate with Bite of Balkan as necessary. You do not need to identify the technical provider or know how the CMS is built to submit a request.

A request to disconnect Google Business Profile will be handled so that, within seven business days of notice, the business can disassociate its profile from MOST’s service and developer project, with MOST’s management permissions removed. This disconnection deadline is separate from the assessment and completion of a personal-information deletion request.

Valid requests concerning Meta platform data are handled without undue delay and in accordance with Meta’s requirements. Applicable platform deletion and retention rules take precedence over general descriptions of backups and record retention. We arrange deletion with relevant processors where required and explain any lawful exception. Requests about information independently held by a platform may also need to be submitted to that platform.
