A website rebuild that grew into a mutual delivery partnership: MOST handles XXL's digital strategy; XXL handles cybersecurity for MOST and its clients.
The challenge
XXL came to MOST in summer 2025 with ideas about what they wanted to present and no way to bring them together. The missing piece was not content; it was how to make one modern, fully optimised site out of what was already there, built for how customers now search.
A disclosure first, because it changes how the rest of this should be read: XXL is not an arm's-length client. The two businesses supply each other. XXL provides cybersecurity and infrastructure support to MOST AI Labs and to MOST's clients, and MOST provides XXL's digital work. That arrangement began after this project, not before it, but it is a commercial relationship and you should know about it before weighing anything below.

How it runs now
Ongoing digital strategy rather than a finished project. What began as a single website rebuild became a two-way working relationship: MOST handles XXL's website, SEO, local visibility, AI search and marketing strategy, and XXL handles cybersecurity, infrastructure and client support for MOST.
